From the resulting mass is formed plates at high temperature and pressure.
The final product consists of individual fibers (not veneer) and can be used as a building material similar to plywood. The resulting MDF is stronger and much more dense than plywood or chipboard normal – chipboard.
Its name is derived from the difference in the densities of the fiber plates. Widespread production of MDF began in the early 80s of the last century.

Rebated and non-rebated door leafs?
Mainly, interior doors are produced with rebated leaves, and at the customer’s request, the leaf can also be made without rebates.
The non-rebated doors are also called “wallpaper doors” due to the fact that the leaf in the closed position is on one plain with the wall and the joint between the leaf and the door frame remains uncovered (visible).
